(Webmasters note: Donavan Kreie identified the #16 as Terry Kowalsky when he sent me the photos, but lets note that Dick Hendershot also drove this car in the same time period, and 25+ years is a long time. This car is also on this site on other pages). This is pre 1974 season. Notice the center steering in both cars.

After looking through some old programs this could be Craig Lockhart from Red Cloud, Nebraska. He sometimes had to run 8X. Any body second the motion??
