1970 Tulsa and Oklahoma City Champion, In the #1300 it's Jackie Howerton of Tulsa.
Jackie would probably have been the 1st NCRA champion, with the season he had in 70. But during the 71 season Jackie moved to Indianapolis to run USAC and worked for George Bignotti Ent.

1979 Tulsa Speedway super modified rookie of the year was Danny McCutcheon. Danny drove this modified (6cyl.) to 2nd in points in 1978 at Tulsa, and was modified rookie of year in his 1st year in 77.
