I've been told the frame on this car was upside down, so as to make it set lower than normal. If you look you can see the back rail is pointing down.

At the old Original Tulsa Speedway in 1971 is Junior Taft #22 and Jim Lambert# 92, with #54 which could have been Jim Harkness, Jay Woodside or D.E. Suggs? The #54 which I believe was the car Bill Lewis drove and may have owned in 1970? It had several drivers in 71.
